The Adjustable Tether is the quick adjust portion of our patent pending Quick Adjust Hip Lead system but outfitted with a standard bolt snap. Users can choose to pair the Adjustable Tether with our EZ Belt loop, Standard belt loop, or a different hip attachment point of their choosing such as a carabiner or their existing quick release mechanism.

Out of the box from 'O' ring to end of the bolt snap, the Adjustable Tether can be adjusted from 19" to its max length of 29.5". When adjusted and cinched down via the tri-glide, it can be taken down to as little as 10". The Double-Tap Slider™ from our friends at High Speed Gear is the key mechanism which allows the handler to adjust the hip lead length on a whim for their specific needs or mission.

Whether you need a shorter hip lead for positive control of your K9 during training scenarios and maneuvers, a longer lead to allow for a sit, down or lax position, or both options such as going from vehicle transportation then immediately to a stack when breaching, the Adjustable Tether gives you the ultimate control and adjustability.
